Free Beach Service (CHAIRS AND UMBRELLAS) March - October. Enjoy the service of chair attendant to adjust umbrella for optimal sun/shade. Please tip if you can for great service, they work hard.

Enjoy two pools, two hot tubs, an exercise facility, tennis courts, game room, air conditioned walkway from the parking garage. One pool is heated during the winter months.

Condo has sleeping capacity for 6, Master bedroom has KING bed, 2 built in bunk beds in addition to the pull out Queen size sleeper sofa. 2 nice bathrooms!

You have it all at Celadon.

Fiber optic WIFI.

One time parking fee per stay is $45 and paid to HOA. Instructions are sent when you have paid in full along with your condo letter and access code for the door and pools.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Weekly/Weekend stays - If you cancel after 30 days prior to occupancy your security deposit is forfeited. Any cancellation will be charged back for credit card fees. 1 month or longer stays require cancellation 60 days in advance or your deposit is forfeited.

SMOKING IN THE UNIT WILL RESULT IN A $300 FINE CHARGED AGAINST YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT/CREDIT CARD DEPENDENT ON METHOD OF PAYMENT USED.

Ladies, if you wear makeup at the beach please bring make up remover towelettes. I buy mine at Sams Club. It saves my washcloths/towels and would mean the world to me! Thanks in advance.
