The home features a fully equipped kitchen, an inviting living and dining area, and two beautifully designed bedrooms. Step outside to your private screened patio and heated pool, perfect for relaxing, dining outdoors, or enjoying the Florida sunshine.

The fully fenced yard offers added privacy and space for your four-legged companions to enjoy. Guests also have access to a dedicated gravel driveway with parking for two vehicles and a Level 2 universal EV charger.

Whether you're spending the day exploring Sarasota or simply relaxing by the pool, the entire home and outdoor spaces are yours to enjoy.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, including both bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, private heated pool, screened patio, and fully fenced yard.

A few things to know before your stay at Sundays on Putnam! ♡

• Our private pool can be heated upon request. Please let us know in advance if you would like the pool heated during your stay. Pool temperatures may vary depending on weather conditions.

• We love welcoming four-legged guests! Please include any pets in your reservation.

• A Level 2 Tesla Universal Wall Connector is available for guest use. Featuring a built-in J1772 adapter, it accommodates most Tesla and non-Tesla electric vehicles without the need for an additional adapter. The charger is conveniently located alongside the driveway, outside the fenced yard.

• The property accommodates up to 6 guests, with parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles in the designated driveway.

• Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent via email and text on the day of your arrival.
