The villa is made to enjoy the Caribbean vibe with two large decks (pool deck and gazebo deck) that are arranged with resort-style lounge chairs and unprecedented views of Red Pond Bay and Guana Bay.

When letting the view sink in you can see as far as the Caribbean Sea to the surrounding islands of St. Barths, St. Kitts and St. Eustatius prominently displayed over the horizon.

This lovely 5-bedroom villa hosts 3 bedrooms on the main level and one bedroom on the second level. In addition, there is a studio located on the lower level of the villa, with separate/private entrance, offering one more bedroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning, a ceiling fan and en-suite bathrooms — with linens and towels included.

The oversized living room and dining room space gives you an ideal place for you and your family to enjoy, unwind and entertain — or to simply relax. The fabulous kitchen is fully equipped and offers modern stainless steel appliances.

The living area is furnished with upscale comfortable furnishings and offers wonderful views of the ocean. The living area is bright and crisp with high white wood plantation ceilings, ceiling fans and large comfortable sofas you can sink into. Indoor Dining Area offers seating for 8 persons. Large glass doors open onto the pool area which offers an outdoor covered sitting area and dining area.
