Your family will be just down the street from beach access! This newly renovated beach house has everything your family needs to have an unforgettable vacation!

With 3 king size beds, twin & full bunk beds, and an open concept area that includes a spacious living room, dining area & updated kitchen connected to a serene screened in porch, this house provides lots of space to relax & spend time with loved ones!

Our favorite part about the house is the screened in front porch that flows right off the spacious living room and kitchen. Open the sliding glass doors on both sides and enjoy the beach breeze!

Extensive Amenities Included:
-Access to 2 pools, 3 hot tubs (1 open all year around), tennis & pickle ball courts, and fitness center in Sea Trail Resort 3 minutes away. We own 2 properties in the Sea Trail community, so our home comes with an owner's keycard that will get you access to all of these incredible amenities!
-All (plush, white) linens included, including 8+ beach towels
-Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash in Each Bathroom
-Outdoor shower (stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash)
-4 beach bikes

We will be available to you by call/text/email during your stay! We like to give our guests space, so we won’t be staying nearby. If you have any issues requiring in-person assistance, we assure you we will have prompt resolution, as we have representatives standing by to help if need be.

We are minutes away from the popular restaurants in Sunset beach and our beach access is at the end of our street!

You can walk just down the street to get to the beach access. You have access to parking on the property. We recommend driving to nearby restaurants!

Our place is very kid-friendly! No need to tote your pack n play, high chair, monitor, kids toys/books/games. We’ve got you covered!
