The Space

Bedrooms:

Downstairs Master Bedroom: Relax in the expansive master suite featuring a brand new king-size bed with a new mattress, luxury 400 thread count cotton sheets & duvet bedding, a dedicated work space, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Second Bedroom: Enjoy the comfort of a king-size bed in the second bedroom (in the lockout suite), also with a new mattress, luxury 400 thread count cotton sheets & duvet bedding. A private, peaceful screened in balcony is accessible from the bedroom.

This private suite includes its own bathroom with a shower/tub combo, with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. All bath linens provided.

It also includes a kitchenette with a brand new freezer/fridge, keurig coffee maker, dishes, dishwasher, and microwave!

Third Bedroom (Upstairs): The third bedroom located upstairs is perfect for guests, offering two brand new queen beds with new mattresses and and easy access to the third full bathroom, also equipped with a shower/tub combo with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. All bath linens provided. The bedroom has a brand new SMART TV for streaming and a sound machine!

Living Area:

The spacious and open living area features 2 brand new sofas, a new flat-screen SMART TV, and leads right out to a large screened in porch with plush patio furniture and string lights that create the perfect evening ambiance.

Kitchen & Dining:

The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware you need to prepare your favorite meals. The dining area, with seating for six, offers a lovely space for family meals or dinner parties. A curated & colorful bar cart is nestled in the dining area, featuring everything you need to make craft beach cocktails and store your wine & favorite spirits!

Outdoor Space:

Aside from the 2 screened in patios in the home, there is also an private patio out back (currently being furnished), which will feature patio furniture, a hammock, and a statement wall that has privacy ivy installed so you can enjoy the patio in peace!

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire home and all community amenities. Self-check-in is available for your convenience via an easy-to-use keypad!

The Pink Palace pool is currently closed, but you’ll still have access to the outdoor MAC pool and hot tub, as well as the indoor hot tub.
