Bedrooms:
This home features 6 spacious bedrooms designed for comfort and relaxation. There are 2 king bedrooms, perfect for a restful night’s sleep, and 3 queen bedrooms, each featuring 2 queen beds, offering plenty of sleeping space for families or groups. The bunk room is equipped with 4 twin-over-twin bunk beds, making it an excellent choice for kids or larger groups looking to stay together comfortably.

Bathrooms:
6.5 modern bathrooms. Each bathroom is well-stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and essentials to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

Views:
Take in the beauty of North Myrtle Beach from the top deck, where you can enjoy a peekaboo ocean view. Whether sipping your morning coffee or unwinding in the evening, the view adds an extra touch of relaxation to your stay.

Pool & Outdoor Space:
The outdoor area is designed for both relaxation and fun. The heated saltwater pool and spa provide a luxurious swimming experience year-round, perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach. The private pool area includes lounge chairs for sunbathing and outdoor seating for dining and socializing, making it a great space for families and groups to gather and enjoy the coastal atmosphere.

HOUSE RULES:
Must be 25 or older to book our home.

Only 2 dogs with a maximum weight of 50 pounds and are non-aggressive breeds are allowed with a $100 pet fee.

No smoking on the property. A $1000 fine will be enforced for smoking on the property, inside or outside!
No parties or events.
Check-out is at 10 AM.
No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed.
All sand needs to be cleaned off before entering the house. We have an outdoor shower and hose for this purpose. Failure to remove sand will result in an extra cleaning fee.
Please refrain from making excessive noise past 10 PM.

A $400 cleaning fee is required to be paid before check-in for long-term stays.

PET RULES:
• A $100 Pet Fee must be paid before check-in or your dog will not be allowed on the property.
• Your dog must not exceed a maximum weight of 50 pounds.
• Your dog should be friendly, non-aggressive and house-trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed.
• We provide pet blankets that need to be used if your dog gets on the furniture. Dogs are not allowed in the beds!
• Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated if left alone.
• Please pick up after your dogs in the yard. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $100 if we have to have dog waste picked up.
• Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately.
• You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog.
• Limit of two dogs.

POOL RULES:
You are swimming at your own risk. We are not liable for any accidents or injuries.
Spa heating is available anytime and is controlled by you via the spa pad by the pool area. Pool heat is available if the outside temperature is above 50° and we have 3 days prior notice to heat the pool for your comfort.

NO PETS IN THE POOL!
Children always need to be supervised.
No glass is permitted around the pool or on the downstairs patio. We have provided plastic cups for your convenience to use around the pool area! If the glass is broken in the pool there will be an additional fee of $500 in order to clean the pool.
There is an outdoor shower provided for your convenience! Please rinse off any sand prior to entering the pool.
