Ocean Gate Villas are right next to the south entrance of Sea Pines, directly on the bike path and right across from a peaceful path to one of the most serene beautiful beaches on the island.

There are 2 bedrooms and a den, comfortably sleeping 6.

The kitchen has granite counter tops, dishwasher, keurig and a regular brew coffee maker and all supplies to cook up your favorite dish.

The separate laundry room offers a full size washer and dryer.

On the first floor you will find a half bath. The living room and dining room is light and bright equipped with a dining table that fits 6 people comfortably. The living room offers ample seating, a couch and love seat and a recliner. The television is set up with cable . There is a convenient desk area for remote work or schoolwork! Television is 55inches with streaming cable.

Upstairs you will find a large master with an ensuite with walk in shower and king bed. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin and an ensuite with a tub shower combo.

The den area on the second floor has a twin trundle that can sleep 2.

Outside, there is a spacious deck overlooking the swimming pool and tennis court. The outside area is nestled amongst the beautiful trees in a very quiet setting, a true oasis.

As you walk along the tennis court, you will come to the end of the complex and right across from that road is the beach access path.

The beach is a very peaceful and uncrowded part of the island. Just be advised that stretch of the beach, because it is so uncrowded is not life gaurded.

The villa is supplied with many games and books, tennis rackets and balls, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart etc. There are 2 assigned parking spots for the villa, so no need to drive around looking for a place to park.
