• A propane tank is provided with the grill, however guests are responsible for propane during their stay. We do not guarantee a full tank at check-in. If you run out, we're happy to reimburse the cost of a refill — simply send us a screenshot of the receipt.
• Arizona's desert climate can bring dust, wind, heat, and outdoor debris. We maintain the property carefully, but normal desert conditions may affect outdoor areas between cleanings.
• No parties, events, smoking, vaping, or unauthorized visitors are allowed.
• Children must be supervised at all times around the pool, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, and outdoor areas.
• Pet fee is $75, but the pet has to be trained and not shed hair.
