Pets:

We allow a maximum of 2 pets of up to 25 lbs for an additional fee. For stays of less than a month the fee is $25 per night per pet or a maximum of $100 per stay per pet. Monthly pet fee is $100 per pet. Pets should not go on the furniture. You will still be responsible for any damage or extra cleaning.

Smoking/Vaping:

No smoking/vaping is allowed inside the house. You can smoke outside and there is an ashtray provided. Please keep all doors and windows closed to make sure the smoke doesn't get in. We have remote smoke detectors which will notify the host if smoke is detected inside the house.

Mailbox:

For security and safety purposes we do not allow guests to receive mail at this property or access the mailbox. If you need to have personal or business mail delivered to you while staying with us we can point you to the closest UPS and USPS offices that provide PO Box rental services.

Keyless Entry:

The keypad is located on the carport door. Once you enter the code provided, press the unlock button. Wait a few seconds until you hear the gears unlock. The door is now ready to be opened. Come on in and get cozy!

Wifi:

The login information is provided on premises. The black board containing this info is placed on the shelf over the TV in the living room.
The speed is 500 mbps.

TVs:

All TVs on premises are set up with YouTube TV App. You will have access to all regular/local TV channels. If you wish to log into your personal YouTube account, please remember to log yourself out upon check out.

Washer/Dryer:

The stackable unit is located in the hallway closet across from the bathroom.
Normal washing cycle will take care of most loads.
Select your drying cycle depending on the load of laundry.
Dryer sheets and balls are provided as well as the laundry detergent.
There is a hamper for clean laundry hanging on the left side of the washer/dryer unit.
Hampers for dirty laundry are located in both bedroom closets.

Outside Doors:

The front door of the house is locked from the inside. Please do not use the front door as there is no key provided. The front door is to stay locked at all times.

The outside door leading to the backyard located in the kitchen is to stay locked overnight and when guests are not present on premises.

Turn the lever on the carport door to the left to lock it from the inside.
When leaving the house, please press the lock button on the keyless entry pad. Wait a few seconds for it to lock (you will hear it) and you are good to go!

Please make sure to not leave any doors open without reason as there are lots of geicos outdoors just dying to get inside. You don't want to be bringing one of those back home in your luggage!
And the same goes for mosquitos,etc. We are in Florida after all 😉

Cameras:

There are 4 outdoor cameras located on the entry points of the property. They serve for extra guest security and surveillance when the property is vacant.

Water Softener System:

There is a high end water softener system installed. You might feel as if the soap does not wash off when showering. This is normal with softener systems. Please use less soap and/or shampoo as it goes a long way with clean softened water.

Thermostat:

It is located in the living room on the left of the TV. In the summer months it's in cool mode. Setting it to 75-77 will keep the house comfortable. Please do not set it lower than 73 as that may cause the outside unit to freeze which will result in no cold air. In the spring, fall and winter it's set to auto 72/77 meaning if the temperature drops below 72 it will turn the heat on and if it goes above 77 the AC will kick in blowing cold air. Feel free to adjust the temperature by a single degree at a time.

Beach Gear:

Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler and a tote are to be found in the hallway closet next to the bathroom.

Trash and Recycling:

Trash is picked up every Monday and Thursday. The trash can is located on the side of the house behind the carport wall. Please roll the black can to the sidewalk and place it facing forward.
Recycling is picked up every other Friday. Please roll the blue can to the sidewalk and place it facing forward.


We kindly ask you to be mindful of the neighbors. The quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am.

Recommended stay of thirty days or more.
