The apartment is located inside the Les Sources de Canopée residence in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, a 5-minute walk from the village centre and the main cable car. Everything is new: a bright living room with a large bay window and mountain views, an open-plan fitted kitchen with dining area, a double bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate WC.

QUIET RESIDENCE
- No parties or events; no groups of more than 4 people
- No smoking inside
- Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm out of respect for the neighbours

Guests have exclusive use of the apartment and its private parking space, plus access to the residence's shared wellness area (indoor pool and sauna) during its opening season, 12 December 2026 to 10 April 2027.

SELF CHECK-IN: keys are in a lockbox on the upper level of the residence car park. The code is sent before arrival.

ID CHECK: in line with our policy and local regulations, we ask every adult guest to share a copy of their photo ID before arrival. Check-in details are released as soon as we have received them, so please send them early for a smooth arrival.

WELLNESS AREA: the residence's indoor pool and sauna are open from 12 December 2026 to 10 April 2027 and closed outside these dates.

The living room's large bay window has no blackout blinds – light sleepers using the sofa bed may want an eye mask.
