This charming 45 m² apartment sits in a residence built in 2023 and stands out for its warm mountain decor. It offers a comfortable living room opening onto a large, sunny, well-furnished terrace with mountain views and no overlooking neighbours, a spacious fully equipped open kitchen with dining area, a double bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a modern shower room.

The residence has an exceptional wellness centre shared by residents: large indoor pool, outdoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi and hammam (see opening season below). A private underground parking space near the lift is at your disposal, and EV chargers are available.

★ WELLNESS CENTRE (shared, seasonal): open mid-December to mid-April only. Typical hours 9:00–19:30 (Saturdays 14:00–19:30). An access code is required – we send it with your check-in instructions.

★ TERRACE with outdoor furniture. Please note the road runs below the residence, so some traffic noise can be heard on the terrace.

★ PARKING: 1 private underground space, EV chargers in the car park

★ BUILDING: lift access

★ LINEN & TOWELS PROVIDED, plus salt, pepper and olive oil to get you started

★ FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster

The cleaning fee includes laundry. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests.

For medium-term stays, a mid-stay cleaning service can be arranged on request.

Guests have exclusive use of the apartment, its terrace and one private underground parking space, plus access to the residence's shared wellness centre during its opening season (mid-December to mid-April). The wellness centre and the residence entrance require access codes, which we send with your check-in instructions.

SELF CHECK-IN: keys are in a lockbox; the code is sent before arrival.

ID CHECK: in line with our policy and local regulations, we ask every adult guest to share a copy of their photo ID before arrival. Check-in details are released as soon as we have received them, so please send them early for a smooth arrival.

WELLNESS CENTRE: the residence's pools, jacuzzi, hammam and sauna are open from mid-December to mid-April only and closed the rest of the year. Exact dates for the 2026-27 season will be confirmed by the residence. Access codes are sent with your check-in instructions.

The terrace faces the road below the residence, so some traffic noise is audible when sitting outside.
