You may vape inside, but you MUST keep all smoking of cigarettes, cigars, & anything else you wanna smoke outside. We have buckets on both the front & back porches as well as a fire pit to throw butts in. Please help us keep the ground nice!
YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $250 SPECIAL CLEANING FEE IF YOU SMOKE INSIDE THE CABIN.

We are middle-aged - empty nest, off-road enthusiasts! We also own a little farmette just up the road.
As ROR season pass holders, you might even catch us tearin’ up the trails with our cwew. Nothin’ makes us happier than hittin’ the woods with our people—heck, they ain’t just friends… they are truly our family. ❤️
If you're here for a ROR event, keep an eye out—Brandon might be cruisin' by on Trail Patrol, and you will most likely run into Heather at the front gate check-in / ROR store.
Between our love for off-roading and Heather being a REALTOR®, this is a dream come true.
