One of the standout features of the home is the beautiful open-plan kitchen and dining area, a bright and welcoming space where everyone can gather together. Stylish artwork, modern furniture and excellent lighting create a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect place to enjoy quality time with family or friends. The dining table comfortably seats six guests, ideal for shared meals and relaxed evenings.

The recently renovated kitchen is modern, spacious and fully equipped, offering everything you need to prepare anything from a simple breakfast to a full roast dinner. Large doors open directly from the kitchen and dining area onto the private courtyard garden, where a table and chairs provide a lovely spot to enjoy breakfast or a morning coffee on sunny days.

At the front of the house, the main living room is a bright and comfortable space to relax and watch TV after a day exploring Cardiff. There is also a second living area with a sofa, creating a quieter corner where guests can sit back with a book or enjoy a peaceful moment.

The four bedrooms are arranged across the first and second floors, offering plenty of space for groups and families.

The main bedroom features a king-size bed and large windows, filling the room with natural light. A second bedroom also offers a king-size bed, along with ample storage space for your stay. The third bedroom includes a double bed with storage and a clothes rail.

The fourth bedroom is located on the top floor, a spacious and bright room with Velux roof windows that create a light and airy atmosphere.

The home also includes two beautifully finished bathrooms, both newly updated to match the style of the house. One features a bath, while the other offers a separate shower, giving guests plenty of space and flexibility during their stay.

Guests have private and exclusive use of the whole property.
