I booked Duel House for our company as a live-work base while spending a week in Bristol, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Each bedroom has a proper desk and monitor, which made it easy to stay productive without having to set up in shared spaces. The WiFi was rock solid—even with video calls happening at the same time across rooms. The house itself is beautifully designed and very comfortable. After a full workday, it was such a treat to come back to a warm, welcoming space with a well-equipped kitchen and cosy lounge. The beds were great, and there was plenty of room to switch off and unwind. Location-wise, it’s ideal—close to the city centre and walking distance to cafes, shops, and transport, pretty much everything we needed, but still quiet enough to focus when needed. From personal experience, it worked really well both as a quiet space to focus and as somewhere comfortable to relax after a busy day. It’s not often you find a place that ticks both boxes so well. I’d happily stay again next time I’m working in Bristol.
