It is in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood, minutes away from prime shopping locations and great restaurants. A short drive away from Calabasas, Malibu, and Santa Monica.

The house comes with a two-car driveway with a carport. Street parking is also available, except on Wednesday street cleaning on the side of the house and Thursday street cleaning on the opposite side of the house from 10 am-12 pm.
