Spacious apartment by the River with a nice pool - Mueang Chiang Mai District

This apartment is quiet, modern, ideal for relaxing after a trip or for working. A large TV, Samsung sound system and 22 inches computer screen with keyboard are available with all needed connecting cables. The WiFi is very fast and stable.

You will have a key card to access the apartment, swimming pool, lobby, and lifts. You can also hang out at the river bank garden and use the car parking and motorbike parking.

I have been living in Chiangmai for the past 10 years and I am always pleased to give guests advice about places to visit.

The area is quiet enough to have a good rest after your trips but still provides an authentic and dynamic local atmosphere with a lot of good food around!
No airplanes noise. Be aware that Nimmanhaemin area (North-West of chiangmai) is very noisy with airplanes.

It is not located in a too touristic area. Chiangmai is a small town and Uber/Taxis are very cheap!

- 5-10 min drive to daily night Bazaar with Uber (USD 2 - 3)
- 5-10 min drive to old town with Uber (USD 2 - 3)
- 5 min walk to a big local non-touristic market
- Many local restaurants all around the place by just walking
- 2 convenient stores just right next to the building (7/11 and Tops).

There are also the regular Private or public Taxis (Tuktuk or Songteaw) available 24/7 at the building entrance. The building (Riverside condominium) is well known by all taxis drivers in all Chiangmai and nearby villages

If you like more freedom, there is a convenient rental motorbike shop in the building (no passport deposit required).

Water, internet and swimming pool are included in the price. Electricity is charged separatly.
