Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property including within home. A fine of up to $500 will be charged for remediation cost if evidence of smoking is found within the home.

Parking is in the open driveway. Driveway can fit up to 3 cars in tandem. Please do not park or drive in/on lawn area.

Street parking is also free but at certain times on certain days (please pay attention to post on street). City traffic cop will give ticket if parked during restricted periods.

Walking distance to local shops and restaurants. There is a bus route nearby with Bus Line 13 being the closest stop along South Ave. You can park your car in the driveway (fits 3 cars in tandem). One can drive to most places within 5-15min. You can also use Uber or take the bus.

For shopping needs, it is about 10min drive to Wegmans, Walmart,Target, Best Buy, and Costco as well as shopping plazas.

For entertainment, there are local theaters, Strong National Museum, Rochester Museum and Science, Memorial art gallery, and sports stadiums within driving distance.
Home is a 4-5min drive to downtown.

For Nature lovers, there are many local parks such as Mendon Ponds Park, Turning Point Park, Highland Park, High Falls, and Ontario Beach. One can also drive further out (1.5-2hrs) to check out beautiful Ithaca, Finger Lakes, Watkins Glen State Park, and even Niagara Falls.
