Getting around

Parking available in driveway of lake home, roughly 8 to 10 cars will fit. Park only on asphalt driveway, not on gravel access to driveway. Gravel is shared access with neighbors, asphalt is ours!

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

The code to access the door lock will be the last four number's of the booking phone number PLUS the # key. This code will be effective on the date/time of check-in until the date/time of check-out.

House Rules

All Holiday Weekends have a 3 night minimum, if you don't book the minimum your booking will auto cancel.

Small Events allowed with approval by owner and for these events a maximum of 25 people and 10 cars, allowed onsite. Just message with details, I'm quick to respond!

Boat & lift in pictures are for private owners only. HOWEVER, there is plenty of room on both sides of dock for guests to tie up your own boat or rental for easy access and boating fun!

Requests of early or late check-ins or check-outs will be granted based on availability and housekeeping schedules.

Payment Policy

Once booking is approved, we will send an invoice you can pay from.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Full refund is giving if no accidental or malicious damage is discovered by either owner/host or housekeeping before next guest arrives. Does not include normal wear and tear of use of property.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before check-in.
50% refund if cancelled between 29 and 14 days before check-in.
0% refund if cancelation occurs 13 days or less before check-in.
