Two adjoining suites on the 32nd floor of MGM Signature Tower 3, booked together as a single reservation: a one-bedroom with a full kitchen and private balcony (unit 32802) and a studio with its own living area and kitchenette (unit 32804). The suites are side by side behind a shared main entry, with separate doors to each unit and no interior connecting door. Combined, they offer 1,394 sq. ft., two separate sleeping zones, three full bathrooms, city and Topgolf views throughout, and no resort fee.

Private balcony overlooking Topgolf and the city. Primary bathroom with whirlpool soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, and dual vanity sinks.

Unit 32804 — Studio Suite
King bed in the main living and sleeping area. Queen sleeper sofa. Kitchenette with mini-refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, and coffee maker — no dishwasher. Second full bathroom with whirlpool soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanity. Third bathroom for added convenience.

Both suites feature Smart HDTVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, in-room safes, and floor-to-ceiling windows with city views. The units are side by side behind a shared main entry — guests move between them through the shared entry area and separate suite doors, not through an interior connecting door. This layout works well for families, two couples, or groups who want separate sleeping areas and the option to gather in either suite's living space.

• No Resort Fee: Guests pay no daily resort fee. Full MGM Signature and MGM Grand amenity access is included in the nightly rate.
• Suite layout: Units 32802 and 32804 share a main entry, with separate doors to each unit and no interior connecting door. Both units are included in your reservation and accessed with your key cards.
• Parking: Complimentary valet for one vehicle per reservation, subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. During peak times or holidays, valet may reach capacity; if full, guests may be directed to MGM Grand self-parking (fees may apply).
• Laundry: Community laundry facilities are available for stays of 7 nights or more only. Request access at check-in.
• Check-in: Front desk check-in required (valid photo ID and credit card hold). 24/7 front desk allows for late arrivals.
• Age & Deposit: Primary guest must be 21+ with valid government-issued ID. Refundable security deposit of $100 per night (maximum $300) required at check-in; released after checkout if unused.
• Housekeeping: Professionally deep-cleaned prior to arrival. No daily housekeeping (condo-style stay). Complimentary daily trash collection available on request.
