House "Skistadl". 6 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, in a sunny position on a slope, 7 km from the lake, directly by the skiing area. For shared use: property with meadow. Barbecue. In the house: restaurant, central heating system. 1.5 km long very bumpy, steep, narrow motor access to the grounds. In Winter: please take snow chains. Steep footpath to the house. Parking at the house, in winter 900 m. Supermarket 6 km, restaurant 5 m, bus stop "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 6.2 km, railway station "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 6.2 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km, bathing lake "Aufenfeld" 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, ski lift, gondola lift 500 m, slopes 10 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hochzillertal-Hochfügen. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Winter information: The SKISTADL house is located directly on the snow-covered slope leading to Kaltenbach, about 500 m above the intermediate station of the Hochzillertal cable car (see piste map). On the ground floor of the house, the owners run a cozy mountain restaurant with a sunny terrace (open from 10:00 to about 17:00, guests receive a 10% discount on the daily menu, closed in summer!). The house can be reached in two ways: 1) By car from Kaltenbach (4 km) along a mountain road to the owners' house near the intermediate station. Snow chains may be required. From there, an uphill path and a transport slope lead to the house (about 900 m). 2) Take the Hochzillertal cable car to the top station (opening hours from 8:30 to 16:30). From there, a 3 km long, prepared and snow-covered ski slope (suitable for experienced skiers) leads down to the house. On the day of arrival, the cable car can be used for free from 15:00, upon purchase of the ski pass for the following day. Extra: the owner will transport luggage from their house to the apartments with a snowcat. Please arrive between 14:00 and 16:00 (for luggage transport) and by 8:00 on the day of departure (Sunday). Parking is available at the owner's house or at the valley station. "Skistadl", 4-room apartment 90 m2 on 1st floor. Cosy furnishings: 1 room with 1 double sofabed and 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. 2 double bedrooms. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with 1 sofabed, dining nook and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony.
