First clean is included, but subsequent cleans can be requested for 300 baht per time. Laundry can be done for you at 5 baht per underwear item and 10 baht per non underwear item. There is a laundry shop and self service laundry next door if you wish to do it yourself (low cost).

This is an older building with basic amenities, which is reflected in lower price. There is no concierge or security guards, although there is CCTV and it is very safe. There is no gym and no pool. although a badminton court close by. The condo building was built around 30 years ago.
