Living Area:
The living area is bright, comfortable, and ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun. Enjoy Smart TV entertainment, high-speed WiFi, and direct access to the private balcony with views of the ocean and pool area. The space is perfect for families, couples, or friends traveling together.

Dining Area:
Enjoy meals together in a bright dining area designed for easy breakfasts, relaxed dinners, or quick snacks between beach and pool time. The open layout keeps everyone connected to the kitchen and living space.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen includes the essentials you need for a comfortable stay, whether you are preparing a full meal, making coffee in the morning, or keeping snacks ready for the beach. Cookware, dishes, utensils, and modern appliances are provided for your convenience.

Primary Bedroom:

Building & Security:
Sian Ocean Residences offers 24/7 security and a resort-style setting for a comfortable South Florida stay. Guests should follow all condominium rules while using shared spaces, elevators, pool, beach access areas, and other building amenities.

Family-Friendly Features:
The condo welcomes families and includes useful family conveniences such as a Pack ’n Play, high chair, and children’s items. Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the balcony, elevators, pool, and beach.

Guest Policy:
The condo accommodates up to 6 guests. No parties, events, smoking, vaping, pets, or unregistered overnight guests are allowed. All guests must follow building rules and quiet-hour expectations.

Check-In:
Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Detailed arrival instructions will be provided before your stay. Guests must complete building registration upon arrival, including a one-time $30 FOB/key fee paid directly to the building.

Check-Out:
Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please leave the unit in good condition and follow the check-out instructions provided before departure.

Parking:
Valet parking is available on-site for an additional fee paid separately to the building.

Located at 4001 S Ocean Drive in Hollywood, Florida, Sian Ocean Residences places you close to the beach, dining, shopping, and South Florida attractions. Guests can easily reach Hollywood Beach, Hallandale Beach, Gulfstream Park, Aventura Mall, Sunny Isles, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami.

Getting Around:
Guests can get around by car, rideshare, taxi, or local transportation. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is a convenient nearby airport, and Miami International Airport is also accessible for travelers visiting South Florida.

Smoking Policy:
Smoking is not allowed inside the condo. Please follow all building rules regarding designated outdoor smoking areas.

Doors & Windows:
Please keep doors and windows closed when air conditioning is running to help maintain comfort and prevent humidity inside the unit.

Local Environment:
South Florida has a tropical climate. Please keep balcony and entry doors closed when not in use, avoid leaving food out, and help keep the unit clean and comfortable.

Additional Building Fees:
Fees paid directly to Sian Ocean Residences / building management are not included in the reservation total.

FOB/key registration fee: $30 one-time fee.

Valet parking: 1 day $20, 2 days $40, 3 days $45, 4 days $60, 5 days $75. Extended-stay parking rates may be available depending on length of stay and current building policy.

A valid photo ID and building registration may be required before access credentials are issued.
