Upper Level: Traditional Comfort
Bedroom 1 (Master Ensuite): Features a king-sized bed and a beautiful, recently tiled walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2: Queen Bed.

Bedroom 3: Full Bed.

Shared Bathroom: A full bathroom with a soaking tub, ideal for bathing the little ones after a day at the beach.

Lower Level: The "Hangout" Zone
Perfect for teens or a second family, this level acts as a private suite:

Bedroom 4 (Junior Ensuite): A queen bed with a luxury spa-style bathroom featuring a ceiling-mounted rain shower and a built-in bench.

Bedroom 5 (The Bunk Room): Designed to maximize sleep space with:

1 Twin XL-over-Queen bunk bed.

1 Twin-over-Full bunk bed.

Kids/Teen Lounge: A dedicated secondary living space for gaming or lounging.

Laundry Room: A dedicated room with a full-sized washer and dryer.

Outdoor Living & Beach Gear
Outdoor Rinse Station: After a day in the surf, enjoy our outdoor shower located by the garage entry way. While not fully enclosed, it is perfect for rinsing off sand and salt before heading inside.

The Yard: A large front yard and spacious driveway offer plenty of room for kids to play safely away from the street.

Grill & Chill: A gas grill is provided for easy island BBQs.

Beach Ready: We provide a selection of beach toys to help you make the most of Fripp’s pristine shoreline.

Linens Provided: High-quality linens and towels are included with every stay.

Guest access
Guests have full, private access to the entire home, including all five bedrooms, the screened porch, and the new sun deck.

Exclusions:

Owner’s Closet: There is a locked owner’s closet on the first floor that is not available for guest use.

Golf Cart: Access to the 6-passenger electric golf cart is restricted to guests who have specifically requested the rental and completed the payment/waiver process. If you have not rented the cart, it will remain secured and off-limits during your stay.

Parking: There is ample space in our private driveway for multiple vehicles. Please note that FIPOA rules prohibit parking on the grass or on the street overnight.

Other things to note
🛺 Optional Golf Cart Rental: We offer a 6-passenger Electric golf cart for $50 per day or $350 per week. To add this to your stay, simply message us after booking. We will handle the payment through the Airbnb Resolution Center.

💳 Resort Amenity Cards Amenity cards are required for access to pools, golf, and dining.

Cost: $65 per person (ages 13+) for a 5-7 day pass.

Surcharge: A 12.8% resort surcharge is added to the total rental.

Note: We facilitate these for you; please request them at least 48 hours before arrival.
