Being conveniently located, there is easy access to historic Abita Springs, with festivals, restaurants and the popular Tammany Trace 16-mile run/walk/bike trail. There is easy access to I-12, and nearby Mandeville and Covington with many things to do

The home is a cute cottage style house with 12-foot ceilings, crown molding, and adorable brick patio. There are 3 bedrooms each with a queen bed. Two bedrooms have dressers in the space, while the 3rd bedroom has a double wide closet with shelving for folded items. The dining is located in the living area for open floor concept. The former dining area is now a dedicated office space for working during your stay, answering emails, or taking phone calls away from the living space. The master bedroom has a TV with fireplace TV stand. There is a 6-foot privacy fence blocking any neighbor in the rear of the property and giving a nice 'secret-garden' feel. There is no thru traffic so it's the perfect quiet retreat. A large oak tree over hangs the front yard for a truly 'Shady Rest.' Note: Home is strictly no-pet due to severe allergy concerns. Within the city limits of Abita Springs, but in a tucked away area. Neighborhood is quiet and secluded, but near town and within 10 blocks of the Tammany Trace for walking/biking/running. Town features multiple festivals each year, has a market, a local tavern, a fresh produce stand and a couple of restaurants. Artigue's Market has daily lunch plates.
