The bus-stop is just in front of the building. There are buses going to Las Americas, Costa Adeje etc. Airport TFS (South).

The apartment does not have a private washing machine, but guests may use the shared laundry room on the first floor for an additional fee. Please respect quiet hours—parties and loud gatherings are not permitted.
