Guests may choose between 2 swimming pool areas. Both of the swimming pools (not heated), both have wonderful views to the ocean and the neighbour island la Gomera. Outside showers and sun beds are there for free.

5 minutes from the house there are popular CC like X-Sur and Siam Mall. Spa is just 2 minutes from our place.

Located on the hill, in the upper area of Costa Adeje called Torvistas Altos, it has gorgeous ocean views, mostly large luxury residential buildings. Connected with a highway, shopping center, Siam Park, Aquapark and the beach area of Costa Adeje.

We recommend to rent a car and park it comfortably in the garage just below the house.

Important Notes About Your Stay

1. Tropical Climate & Insects:
Tenerife is a warm island with a natural ecosystem. Large insects like cucarachas (palmetto bugs) may occasionally enter even the cleanest homes. This is not a hygiene issue - they are native to the region. Regular pest control is done, but 100% prevention is impossible.

2. Noise & Neighborhood:
This is a vibrant tourist area with lively streets and neighbors. Expect typical sounds of island life (music, chatter, etc.), especially in evenings. For absolute quiet, consider remote mountain villas instead.

3. Air Conditioning:
Many homes in Tenerife (including this one) rely on natural breezes and fans. AC is not standard due to the mild climate. Check the Amenities section to confirm what's provided.
