***It is essential for our guests to have travel insurance. Airbnb's travel insurance is very inexpensive for your peace of mind.
We are located in a Fire Hazard Severity Zone. Fire season is typically September - October.
In the event that a last-minute travel disruption occurs, we ask that you are covered as we don't issue refunds or extend stays due to usually being fully booked — and recommend you contact your insurer to assist with the cost of disrupted travel arrangements.

PLEASE NOTE: Refunds will not be made due to circumstances that are not in the control of the owners such as, but not limited to, National Park closures, road closures to the National Park, weather conditions, power outages, internet outages, provided these circumstances do not make the property uninhabitable.

PLEASE NOTE: If you choose to not respect our rule for occupancy, which is 2 adults only, there will be a charge of $100 per night per additional person.

PLEASE NOTE: NO SMOKING. We are located in an extremely high-fire severity area.

NO ANIMALS of any kind are allowed. The property is allergy-free due to owners being highly allergic to animal hair and dander and one of us also has asthma. This poses a severe health hazard to hosts and therefore there are no exceptions to this rule. You will not be allowed to check-in, your reservation will be canceled and a $400 deep cleaning fee will be assessed.

No smoking in or around the yurt
Please DO NOT burn candles inside the yurt

Refunds will not be made due to circumstances that are not in control of the owners such as, but not limited to, late check-in due to condition of house left by previous guest, National Park closures, road closures to the National Park, weather conditions & power outages provided that these circumstances do not make the yurt uninhabitable.
