2-family house "Schwarzenegg", 3 storeys. In the resort 1 km from the centre of Wagrain. For shared use: property (fenced). Petting farm. In the house: lounge, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Grocery, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 20 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km. Ski lift 1 km, gondola lift 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Wagrain Flying Mozart 1 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence."Wagrain", 2-room apartment 50 m2 on 2nd floor. Cosy furnishings: entrance hall. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed. 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. Exit to the balcony. (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Parquet floors. Small balcony. Parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
