About this place

The Sandy Shoals House is an entire 4-bedroom, single-family home where you will have full privacy, no shared spaces. We are located on a quiet street in a family-friendly residential neighborhood in Rice Hope/Lakeside, just outside Savannah near Pooler and the airport.

Inside: four bedrooms (a king suite, two Lowcountry-styled queen rooms, and a bunk room with twin over full), a spacious living area, and a small game/activity room and a full kitchen. Sandy Shoals is a real home with a private driveway and neighbors.

The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. There is community access to a pool, lazy river, splash pad, fitness center, and pickleball courts about a mile away. Tybee Island and Hilton Head are each a 45-minute drive, making it a relaxed home base for beach day trips.

Community Amenities
~Pool is open from May 15th through September 13th / Hours are 9am - 9pm (subject to change) and water slide is open on Saturday and Sunday (water slide schedule posted at the facility).

Guests have access to the community's resort-style amenity complex featuring a Junior Olympic pool, lazy river, water slide, splash pad, zero-entry pool, fitness center, and pickleball courts. These amenities are seasonal (mid-April through September). In addition, there is a community dog park, lakes, parks and a fire pit within the community.

~Key Fob & Garage Opener
Key fob & garage opener are provided for amenity access and the use of garage. They both must remain at the home at checkout. Failure to do so will result in a $200 replacement fee per item.
~Guests must complete our rental agreement within 3 days after booking.
