🚮 Trash can be taken downstairs to the dumpster in the property.
🚫 NO parties/events. NO smoking/vaping allowed - this includes inside the unit and outside on the balcony.
🚗 Two (2) parking passes are included in the cleaning fee and will be in the unit upon arrival

- You may park in any open available space.
- If you have two vehicles, please park one in front of the other underneath the building.
