Condo is an upstairs unit, with a private patio. Centrally located to the beach, shops and food. Relax by the community pool (in season) that is walking distance away, or just a 2 minute drive to the beach. This neighborhood is perfect for walks with your pets or a peaceful relaxation spot. Enjoy the Pickleball, tennis & basketball court.

This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom up stairs condo. Downstairs is a private gated patio area with chairs and a grill. A private 4 person spa. Perfect for grilling out and relaxing. Upstairs is the main living area. When you walk in there is the living room with a sectional couch and a Roku TV. To the right is a small hallway with a Jack and Jill full bathroom. Off the hallway is the second room with a full sized bed.

To the left of the living room is a full kitchen with a drip and k cup coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove, oven and fridge. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything to make a full meal during your stay.

Off the kitchen is a table that seats 4, a stack washer and dryer. The master bedroom and bathroom are off of the kitchen area.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, spacious closet, and a sliding door that leads to a small balcony.

Linens provided for each bed.

Scheduled to open May 19, 2025 for this season and typically runs through Labor Day.

2 pool passes are located on the refrigerator. The code to enter the pool and tennis courts is 513. You must have passes at the pool.

Please leave passes back on the refrigerator before checking out.

There will be a $25 fee per pool pass that is not returned. The is a HOA mandatory fee!

Our beaches are public and free from Kitty Hawk to Hatteras Island. There are multiple beach access areas with free parking on a first come basis all along the beach road. Usually every 1/4-1/2 mile. Some even have public bath houses with restrooms and showers.
