This sophisticated boutique studio is the perfect romantic getaway, located minutes from Green Lakes State Park. Luxurious king bed, spa-like bathroom, dedicated workspace, and total privacy make this the ideal couples’ retreat. This space is set up like an apartment with a guest space upstairs. Nothing is shared but the driveway. Noise is never an issue in either space.

Your nook includes an espresso/coffee machine, regular coffee, a mini-fridge, and a microwave.
Dishes, silverware and glasses/ mugs are also provided.

Private Outdoor Oasis
Step out onto your completely private and secluded deck.
Soak in the glowing hot tub, available for your exclusive use.
Relax by the gas fire table under the stars while enjoying the peaceful view.

Guest access
You will have exclusive and private access to the entire lower-level studio and the attached outdoor deck. The entrance is completely separate from the main home, ensuring your total privacy.

Check-in is simple with a private entrance and keyless entry. You will receive a unique access code before your arrival.

Other things to note
Location: To ensure full transparency, please note that this studio is located on the lower level of another rental but the space is totally private, like an apartment setting.

We do charge an automatic late fee of $65 for all guests that leave past 10am so it is imperative to leave on time as our cleaners are waiting to get in to clean. If our schedule allows, we allow early check-ins and late checkouts for a fee of $50 an hour.

We are pet friendly. The pet fee is $75.

Security: For your safety and security, exterior security cameras are located on the property and monitor the grounds. There are no cameras inside the studio or in any private guest areas like the deck or hot tub. The studio is tucked behind a golf course with a wooded back drop, but does not offer direct golf course view.
