The space
Welcome to your private coastal retreat, a bright and open single-level home perfect for unwinding just 1.5 miles from the beach. Your stay is centered around a stunning private pool, heated at no extra charge during the winter, and a fully fenced yard perfect for relaxation.
Inside, you’ll find three spacious king bedrooms and three full bathrooms, providing ample comfort for everyone. The home features two separate living areas, each with a Smart TV, and a dedicated workspace with fast Wi-Fi for when you need to connect. The chef’s kitchen is an inviting space, complete with a wine fridge, a curated coffee and beverage bar, and filtered water and ice.
As evening falls, gather around the gas fire pit under the soft glow of string lights. We’ve thoughtfully provided everything for a seamless and fun stay:
• Spa robes and slippers for ultimate relaxation
• Luxurious toiletries and plush towels
• Beach cruisers, an electric bike, and fishing gear for exploring
• Beach essentials including chairs, towels, sun umbrellas, cooler & beach cart
• Indoor games for entertainment
• A full laundry room and hair dryers & flat irons in each bathroom

Guest access
You will have private access to the entire home, yard, and pool. Entry is simple and secure with smart locks on all three exterior doors. Your unique access code will be sent on the morning of your check-in.

To Unlock: Enter your code and press the bar under the keypad once. Wait for the green light and the sound of the door unlocking.
To Lock: Simply press the bar under the keypad once. You do not need to enter your code to lock the door.

Other things to note
Pet Policy:
We love hosting your furry friends! Please follow these guidelines:
• All pets must be on a leash at all times when outside of the house or fenced pool area.
• Please use the provided waterproof dog blankets if your pets will be on sofas or beds.
• Kindly pick up all dog waste from the yard before you depart. Do not throw little poop bags into the black trash bin — they must be placed in a large garbage bag.
Scent Sensitivity:
• Please note that we use a mild scent diffuser with essential oils and scented laundry detergents between stays. We are happy to accommodate requests for unscented products for your visit, but we cannot guarantee a completely scent-free environment as aromas can linger.
Check-out:
Check-out is at 10:00 AM. A late checkout fee of $100 will be charged for any unauthorized check-outs after this time.
• NO SMOKING of any kind inside — please smoke in the pool area only and use the covered ashtray provided.

Please note that bugs are common in Florida especially by the water and we do regularly spray so no need to alert me if you see one. We are on top of it.

We do require that you complete our registration form before check-in. This is not optional.

Hurricane/Severe Weather Policy:
South Florida is subject to severe weather events, especially from June to November. We strongly recommend travel insurance. Please review our policy:
• Cancellations: If a hurricane watch/warning is issued 72 hours prior to landfall, you may cancel the remainder of your stay without penalty.
• 48 hours prior to arrival, we may need to cancel your reservation if the property is in an evacuation zone, in which case a voucher for a future stay will be issued.
• Active Stays: If an evacuation is requested during your stay due to a hurricane watch/warning, you agree to depart the premises. The remaining balance of your stay will be credited as a voucher for a future stay at the same booking rate (cleaning fee and taxes for the new booking will apply).
We strongly encourage you to purchase trip insurance.
