Your private magical oasis outdoor space features: Whether you're looking for a romantic escape, a couples retreat, or a solo adventure, our forest cottage/cabin offers the perfect blend of comfort, and style for an unforgettable stay. Not just a destination but an experience! Your private magical oasis outdoor space features:

• Large spacious hot tub
• Spacious temperature-controlled traditional Finnish Sauna built on a vintage 1950 Ford truck
• Solo rustic cold plunge
• Two deck areas, one covered, other large umbrella near small pond and stream
• Orchard and seating areas
• Two ponds, small running stream
• Outdoor grill ( 2 burner “Pitt Boss”flat top griddle/grill
• Outdoor gas fire pit on cabin porch
• Two kayaks and life jackets. The kayaks are short and if you have roof racks, suv, or truck the kayaks are available for you to take to the ocean. If the host is on site while your stay, possible availability with planning to accommodate for you. (waivers must be signed)
• Two bicycles and helmets (inquire for availability, risk waivers must be signed)

Your indoor space has been designed to immerse guests in the cottage's natural surroundings. There are many windows, including an all-glass ceiling in the bathroom, which bring in an abundance of natural light. The indoor space is also equipped with the following:

• Cottage is (queen size) one bedroom open concept studio with a well-equipped kitchenette
• 100-inch multimedia HD projector screen “It’s movie night! Watch your favourite shows” Prime, Hulu, youtube included. Netflix if you have account just sign in!
• Electric cozy fireplace
- Pull out dining table/bar with bench with forest orchard views. Look at photos located in front of large window.

Possibly be fortunate enough while soaking in the hot tub to view the local deer that sometimes come by to visit us. Point Roberts is in Whatcom county. A short drive through Canada to this oceanside beach rural community.

Guest access
PLEASE NOTE this is very important to understand and follow. Registered Guests have access to the cottage, gated spa, and orchard areas. Private Hot tub, sauna and cold plunge in a forest oasis!
ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS are permitted on the property including the spa area and we reserve the right to add additional charges if these rules are not adhered to.
Due to our insurance provider coverage Unregistered guests will be ask to leave the property immediately.

Check out is at 11:00 am. As we have a scheduled cleaning service coming any late delay checking out additional late charge of $50.00 to compensate for the rescheduling of the cleaning.

Other things to note
Guests are expected to respect the following rules:

1. No smoking, vaping, or use of illicit substances on the property. ( May smoke in front of property where parking is)
2. Absolutely no glass in the spa area (including the hot tub and sauna).
3. Two-person maximum capacity in the hot tub and sauna.
4. No food or drink (water is allowed; please stay hydrated) is allowed in the hot tub and sauna (feel free to enjoy food or drink in the other parts of the spa area). If found, a $200 additional cleaning charge will be assessed.
5. Drinking alcohol before or after using the hot tub or sauna can enhance its effects. Please drink responsibly.
6. Shower before entering the hot tub or sauna.
7. Appropriate clothing is always required in the spa area (including the hot tub and sauna).
8. No bubble bath or soap in the hot tub.
9. Do not sit or walk on the hot tub cover.
10. Children must be supervised at all times on the property.
11. Do not use the hot tub or sauna during inclement weather.
12. Persons with open wounds, serious illnesses, or who are pregnant should consult a doctor before using the hot tub or sauna.
13. 20 minutes is the maximum suggested stay in the hot tub or sauna.
14. Jets must be turned off, and the cover must be put on after exiting the hot tub.
15. Door must be closed and temperature control turned off after exiting the sauna.
16. Septic system. Only toilet paper is allowed to be flushed. NO PAPER TOWEL.
17. PLEASE NOTE: Limited hot water tank capacity. It is recommended to keep hot showers to within 5 minutes. Capacity typically recovers within 20 minutes. Please note this is a rustic small quaint cottage and because of this our hot water tank is limited to 8 gallons which is not suitable for long showers which is equivalent to a trailer or motorhome use. For best results for longer hot water use the Navy shower" or "military shower" technique, developed for water conservation on naval ships, involves quickly wetting yourself, then turning off the water while lathering, and finally rinsing off quickly.
18. Please do not place items (food, drinks, etc.) on top of the tv projector display.
19. Please note when not in use, maintenance of the spa area is done daily.
20. 🔥SAUNA RULES:🔥
ABSOLUTELY must turn off Sauna when finished session! NEVER leave the Sauna running unattended or leaving the property! This could be a potential fire hazard🔥🔥
ONLY add small amounts of water on stones after the sauna has been turned on for aleast 30 mins and stones are hot enough!
We are not responsible for any accidents that may happen due to not following these rules. Booking this listing means that you have read and agreed to the rules and are responsible for any repairs caused by negligence. If you are unsure about the operation of anything on the property or have any questions, we insist you contact us immediately.
