Rincon Ocean Luxe is conveniently located in the heart of downtown directly across from the best beach in Rincon and walking distance away from the Rincon Cathedral, Rincon Marina, the town center where the popular Rincon Art Walk & Farmer's Market events are held, artisan crafts, bars, restaurants, fast food, food truck markets, bakery, nightlife, shopping, Surfing, Yoga, entertainment, souvenir shops, skateboard park, recreational park, town sports complex gym, running track, basketball courts, baseball field, kids playgrounds, tennis courts...

There are about 10 other great beaches in the area as well such as the Tres Palmas Reserve (great for snorkeling) and Domes Beach (famous for Surfers), all with unique characteristics for you to explore. Our beach is perfect for swimming, sun bathing, sea shell hunting, kayaking, paddle boarding, jet skiing, boating, fishing, beach bumming and has beautiful coral reefs if you enjoy snorkeling plus you will enjoy the most spectacular sunsets.

Rincon is also a world class beach surfing destination. Home of the 1968 World Surfing Championships.

With easy access to Aguadilla Airport (only 30 minutes away) San Juan Airport is two and a half hours away at Rincon Ocean Luxe our guests can easily explore all the West Coast of Puerto Rico has to offer.

PARKING & ACCESS
Reserved on-site parking is included. Please use only your assigned space; parking and access instructions will be provided before arrival. If you need accessible parking, contact us in advance to confirm availability and arrangements. Elevator access is available in the building.

BEACH ACCESS
The beach is just across the road. Reaching it requires crossing the street.

SHARED AMENITIES
The pool, gym, and elevators are shared with other residents and guests. Please follow posted hours and condominium rules.

BEACH & SPORTS EQUIPMENT
Two convertible paddleboards, snorkeling gear, beach essentials, and sports equipment are available for guest use. Ocean conditions vary, so plan water activities according to the weather and your experience level. Please return equipment clean and properly stored.

POWER, WATER & INTERNET
The building has a backup generator and water cistern to help during utility interruptions. These systems provide added support, but uninterrupted electricity, water, or internet cannot be guaranteed.

STREAMING & WORKSPACE
Some streaming services require your own account; please sign out before departure. Bring your laptop to use the dedicated workspace and check that you have any adapters your device requires.

CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and checkout is by 11:00 AM. Smart-lock access allows an easy arrival without an in-person key exchange. Early check-in and late checkout must be approved in advance, are subject to availability, and carry an additional fee.

OPTIONAL SERVICES
