With three levels, stairways, elevated decks, and a wood-burning fireplace, children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Parties, weddings, receptions, and organized events are not permitted. The property is intended for registered overnight guests only, with a maximum occupancy of 10. Unauthorized gatherings, excessive noise, or disturbances are prohibited. All guests must respect community quiet hours and the terms of the signed rental agreement.

No smoking allowed

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the lodge and on covered decks. Guests must properly extinguish and dispose of smoking materials in permitted outdoor areas. No cigarette butts or smoking debris may be left on the property. Open flames and outdoor burning are prohibited due to the surrounding forest and wildfire risk. Guests are responsible for smoking-related damage and additional cleaning costs under the rental agreement.

Parking Included

Complimentary private onsite parking with two driveway entrances and convenient pull-through access for trucks and recreational trailers. Ideal for guests bringing ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, or other recreational equipment. A NEMA 14-50 outlet is available for EV charging for an additional fee; guests must bring their own compatible charging equipment. Parking is limited to designated driveway areas.
