This top floor private apartment is located right next to the Harbor area, right in the center of Helsinki! This is one of the most central areas in Helsinki, and there's tram stops all around the apartment.

This private apartment is functional and spacious. It is not overly decorated and does not have a TV, but has everything else necessary for living, cooking, sleeping, doing laundry, etc. In this location we can accomodate up to 3 guests, due to a double (queen) bed and a single bed!
This top floor private apartment feels almost like a penthouse! It is minimalistic, elegant, clean and beautiful. There's comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 3 guests! This is located near the Helsinki Harbor area, so it's a very convenient location if you are planning to take a ferry, or to use other services at the Helsinki Harbor area. We wanted this unit to be as minimalistic as possible, so it does not have a TV, but it has everything needed for sleeping, eating and living for as long as you would like. This apartment is built in 2024 purposely for high end Airbnb housing, so furniture is brand new and you wont find any personal belongings of the host.

As a professional host, I'm prepared to go the extra mile to ensure the satisfaction of my guests. I also have a team that helps me maintain this unit. My guests can contact me any time for help with anything.

--Sleeping--

In the main room you will find a double (queen) bed large enough for 2 guests, and a single bed for 1 guest. We will prepare the beds according to the number of guests in your reservation. For single travelers, we always prepare the queen bed, and for 2+ travelers we always prepare all of the beds. As a professional host, we make sure that all bedding is spotless clean and fresh for each guest.

The main room has a window with a cool view overlooking the quiet street, accompanied by thick and lengthy curtains that can block light.

Due to environmental reasons we decided not to have a TV in the apartment. However, there is reliable Wifi and a great large desk for working or studying.

--Dining/working--

The kitchen is amazingly well equipped. Over here you can cook just about anything. You will have an integrated induction stove, a multipurpose oven, a coffee machine, an electronic kettle, a dishwasher, pots, pans and silverware.

--Bathroom and private laundry facilities--

In the bathroom you will find your own private laundry washing machine. The machine is versatile with all sorts of different functions, and it is also effective in drying your laundry. You can also spread out a drying rack which is found next to the bathroom sink, to dry your laundry. Laundry detergent is included in your stay! You'll have high quality soap, shampoo, body lotion, toothpaste, etc. The shower area in the bathroom is surprisingly spacious for a small studio like this. Please note that there is no shower curtain, so it is recommended to remove the toilet paper roll from its holder during your shower, so it would not get wet.
