This private apartment is clean, beautiful and located high up on a residential building. The window is on the side of the inner courtyard, so you will enjoy plenty of privacy. The apartment is 18 square meters in size, so you will find everything easily. There’s everything you need for cooking, eating, showering, and everyday living. You even have access to a dedicated laundry room with professional grade washing machines and dryers. The place has a cozy feel due to the dark wood materials found in the apartment. This apartment is built in 2023 purposely for high end short-term rental housing, so furniture is brand new and you wont find any personal belongings of the host.

--Sleeping--

The beds are super comfortable and equipped with soft XL pillows and satin sheets. In fact, all of the bedding is smoothly ironed satin, just like a top end hotel. As a professional host, we make sure that all bedding is spotless clean and fresh for each guest.

--Entertainment--

The TV is a 65" 4K Smart TV. The TV has Android as an operating system, so you can use it for all sorts of purposes, and casting your device’s screen onto the TV is easy via the built-in chromecast.

The Wifi network details are found in the apartment, and also in this listing. The Wifi is reserved for you only, and it’s fast enough for demanding use.

--Dining/working--

There’s a beautiful wooden table with bar stools between the sleeping area and the kitchen. It’s a perfect spot to work, eat or study. There's granola, oatmeal, tea, and coffee that you can have for breakfast in the kitchen cabinet. There's also great brunch places and restaurants just outside the apartment.

The apartment has an old-school like oven with a stove on top that works perfectly. There’s also a rather large fridge and a separate freezer to keep anything in ice.

--Bathroom and laundry--

You'll have high quality soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The shower area in the bathroom is small and newly renovated. The shower area is separated from the rest of the bathroom via a sliding door.

On the underground floor of the apartment building, you will find a dedicated laundry room. You can do laundry here free of charge in almost brand-new washing machines and dryers. There’s also a dedicated drying room for hang drying your laundry.
