2 queen beds and 2 twins.
Large 55" TV in family room to stream movies/shows using your own Netflix/Hulu/Amazon/etc. accounts.
Large and well stocked kitchen to make you feel at home.
Front covered porch from where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset, back deck, and spacious back yard.

CHECK IN: for summer, Sundays, rest of the year any day of the week
CHECK OUT: for summer, Sundays, rest of the year, any day of the week
LENGTH OF STAY: 7 (seven) days minimum for summer, 3 (three) days rest
MINIMUM AGE: 25 years old
CHILDREN: Not recommended for children under 6 due to creek in backyard
PETS: no animals/pets

There is a separate apartment upstairs where I stay sometimes, especially if the wind is good for kiteboarding. It will not impact your stay in any way.
