Nestled in the gentle hills of Recco, among centuries-old olive trees and the scent of the Mediterranean, Villa degli Ulivi is an exclusive retreat where privacy, elegance and nature meet. The location is excellent: it is in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, but at the same time, it is a 7- to 8-minute walk from the center of Recco, which means you can get there quickly but stay away from the noise of bars and restaurants. A perfect base for exploring some of Italy's most iconic places, without sacrificing the calm and intimacy of a private villa.

THE ROOMS:
Inside, the villa welcomes guests with bright rooms and attention to detail:
• 4 double bedrooms, each with air conditioning and its own bathroom; (on the first floor, 2 double bedrooms (190x170) and 1 bedroom with a three-quarter bed (190x140), while the fourth bedroom, also double (190x160) with air conditioning and its bathroom, is located on the second floor adjacent to a wonderful living room of over 100 m)

LIVING AREA:
• Elegant and spacious living area on the ground floor, with large openings that bring light and greenery directly into the house and overlooks a large terrace equipped with a gazebo;

THE POOL:
The true heart of the property, however, is outside: a large panoramic garden that embraces the house, dotted with olive trees and plants. Here you can experience unforgettable moments in the private pool, enjoy a sunset aperitif, or dine under the stars in the outdoor dining area. (Pool dimensions: the pool measures 6.30 m in length, 4.90 m in width, 1.40 m in depth at the top and 1.60 m at the bottom)
Next to the pool is an outdoor shower, comfortable and modern, perfect after a dip or to cool off during the hottest hours.

HOW TO GET TO THE VILLA::(VERY IMPORTANT)
To get to the villa from the main road that goes from Recco to Rapallo, take a private road uphill for about 80/100 meters. You will enter a small square (Piazzale Cile) at the bottom of the hill, and from there, you will go uphill for about 100 meters. After the main gate, you come to a sharp, uneven bend, which poses no problem for medium-sized cars. (See photos under Additional Photos.) I recommend using or renting cars that are not too big, not only because Liguria has narrow roads, but also to avoid the risk of having difficulty getting to the villa. I would say normal or medium-sized cars (mini SUVs) such as a BMW X1/2 or a Peugeot 308/50. It's better to rent two cars than to arrive with a large van.
