Quiet Townhome Near Everything Tampa w/ Pool, Lake - Lutz

1. There is a full maid service between guests, but please be respectful of the house and their time.
2. Do not leave sitting messes/food as they can attract bugs or create stains/smells.
3. Pets are not allowed in the property to protect our future guests with severe allergies to pets.
4. Please load and start the dishwasher before you leave.
5. Willingness to take trash bins out if your stay falls on a Monday night or Thursday night is much appreciated. (Trash pick up Tuesday and Friday mornings with Recycle on Fridays)
6. No shoes in or on beds.
7. Should go without saying, but do not take anything from the premises without permission.
8. The Property address cannot accept your mail. Packages and food deliveries can be arranged, but not postal. Guests are not allowed access to the mailbox for mail deliveries.
9. No smoking No pets No parties or events
10. Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM. Check out at 11AM of the reservation date.
