Sunny Slope is a quiet cabin on 1 acre that is only 5 minutes downtown Breck. The cabin sleeps 6 and is perfect for a family, 2 couples, or a small group of friends. Curl up in front of the fireplace after a long day of skiing or hiking, or soak in the hot tub surrounded by nature. The entertainers kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals for your family or friends. The dining table seats 6 and the island seats 4. Seasonally available table on the porch. No pets.

We are a family of four who live in the front range, and always dreamed of having a mountain getaway. This cabin was everything we were looking for and more. The property provides a remote mountain experience while being only 5 minutes from all the action in Breck. We love the access to hiking, skiing, and restaurants. We hope you will enjoy the property as much as we do!

Refundable Damage Deposit

Any damage to the property will be disclosed along with cost and applicable receipts plus a 15% administrative fee. The return of the damage deposit will be initiated within 7 business days of your departure as long as there is no damage to the property.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be issued if reservation is canceled 30+ days from Check-in date.
