Queen size wooden canopy bed with a 12” memory foam cooling mattress, sitting area and a ceiling fan.

A box fan is also available if you want to create your own wind tunnel.

Your private bathroom includes 2 sinks and a large tiled shower.

Walk-in closet and 55” smart tv. You have access to Netflix & Paramount.

High speed fiber optic wifi is also available for all of your work or gaming needs.

Your space is not shared with any other guests.

This is a new construction 2 story home nestled in Denver, North Carolina not far from Lake Norman.

A wooded lot behind the house provides excellent bird watching and a few deer sightings.

We are 30 minutes from Charlotte Douglas International Airport and 45 minutes from Uptown Charlotte.

We are on a quiet street and only 5 minutes from Little Creek Boat Ramp. It’s easy to hop on Highway 16 which leads you to I-485.

If you need a quick stay or a few weeks away, this could be the perfect place for you!

Most days we are available if you need to drop off your luggage prior to check-in. Feel free to ask!

This is our home, we live on the property.

We want our guests to feel relaxed and safe. Your bedroom has a lock on the door for your privacy and security.

All rooms and surfaces have been disinfected and cleaned thoroughly between each guest.

We offer 3 spacious bedrooms to choose from.

Please do not open any doors that are not a part of your booking.

We are an adventurous couple who love to travel.

We enjoy meeting people from all over the world.

We have a 6 month old male kitten who was a gift from the Cat Distribution system this summer. His name is Mr. Bluff.

We enjoy outdoors, sports and gaming.

If you’re new to the area, feel free to ask if you have questions or need guidance on anything.

We like to say hello in person, but otherwise respect guests privacy.

No smoking inside.

All smoking and toking needs to be done outdoors.

No parties without prior permission.

No unauthorized guests. Based on current occupancy, we could add your guest for $45 per night.

It is best to have some form of transportation when staying here.

Kitchen Details:

This is a fully stocked kitchen with all of the essentials.

For cooking we have a 4 burner propane stove with an electric oven.

Please clean up after yourself if you use the kitchen.

We have stainless steel, cast iron and non-stick cookware to choose from.

You can bake breads or cookies, use the Stand-Mixer, Instant-pot, Ninja bullet, cast-iron dutch oven or the cappucino machine.

If you’re not into cooking, we have a microwave to heat up your favorite dishes.

You are welcome to use our spices for cooking, but you must provide your own food/meals.

We do offer a variety of coffees and teas in the morning. I have a classic Mr. Coffee drip machine, stainless steel pour over, Chemex glass pour over or a Mr. Coffee cappucino machine.

Depending on the flavor of the week, I will have a variety of creamers & cold foams as well.

Cleaning:

There are currently no cleaning fees on any room, unless you make a crazy mess out of the ordinary. If you bring a non-registered service animal, there is a $25 pet charge per stay. I also offer free mid-week cleanings to stays of 6 days or more.

My Cat:

Please don’t let Mr. Bluff out at night. There have been fox sightings and they might think he’s a snack. If he does sneak out, it’s okay because he is wearing a GPS Tracking collar and I can find him quickly. Just let me know and we’ll go track him down.

Laundry:

You will have access to the laundry area which includes a Washer, Dryer, Laundry Soap, Fabric Softener & Dryer sheets. If you don’t like doing laundry, we can offer you a full service Wash & Fold for $15 per large load.

Bathroom:

Room 3, “Serene Slumber Suite” has a private bathroom that includes 2 sinks and a large tiled shower.

No other guests will have access to your space.

We also have a half bath downstairs for your convenience.

Guest Use Items:

As a friendly reminder-

The bathroom toiletries in large containers (Ex: shampoo, conditioner, dry shampoo, lotion, body wash, bubble bath, cleaners, wipes, hand soap, ) are meant to be used while you’re staying here.

Please don’t take them with you when you leave as they are not freebies.

The same goes for all kitchen and laundry area items. (Dish Soap, Kitchen cleaners, Laundry Soap, Bags of Coffee)

Long-Term Guests:

To ensure a comfortable stay for long term guests, (over 1 week) you are expected to purchase your own daily consumables, such as Kcups, ground coffee, creamer, spices, bottled water & toiletries (Toilet Paper)

My initial offerings are meant as a warm welcome to you and a convenience for when you first arrive, not a long term solution.

You will need to replenish your own consumables. Grocery delivery is available at our address from many stores such as Walmart, Food Lion & Publix.

Parking:

We have 3 main parking spaces.

Space 1 - Horizontal space by the front door. Best for small cars (Fiat, Soul, Civic, Versa)

Space 2 - Top of driveway

Best for medium to large cars (Trucks, Range Rover, X5, Armada, Tahoe)

Space 3 - Bottom of driveway by mailbox.

Best for oversized vehicles (Extended trucks, sprinter vans)
