The space
This adorable, 1923 built house is located on a very quiet, dead end street about 1.5 blocks from the Hyde Park Square. It is a 2 bed/2 full bath house that you will have all to yourself! The master bedroom has a queen bed with a smart TV. The other bedroom has a double bed. Quiet front porch to enjoy your morning coffee, a back deck overlooking the fully fenced backyard to contain your pup, newer furnace and a/c, laundry located in the unfinished basement, full kitchen with dishwasher- perfect for a couple or small family!

Other things to note
We love our furry friends and welcome them to stay in our lovely home! We do however charge a non-refundable pet fee of $100/month per pet. We do provide starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and dishwashing soap, but you will be responsible for replenishing those items as needed for the duration of your stay. Please bring the large black trashcan to the curb on Tuesday evenings. Pickup is Wednesday mornings. Recycling is in the green can and is picked up every other week. Please return the can to the back/under the deck after emptied. Thank you!
