This newly renovated 1BR/1BA is nestled on a very quiet street in Westwood, OH. 15 minutes commute to downtown and the same distance to the University of Cincinnati.

Newly renovated, fully furnished unit located inside a garden style brick apartment building. The unit contains a smart Roku TV, WiFi, velvet couch, full kitchen with dishwasher, and queen size bed - it’s the perfect place for to relax and unwind after work. Ideal for interns, travel nurses, graduate students, and guests looking for interim housing.

Other things to note
House Rules:
1. This is a smoke-free property. No smoking of any kind inside the unit or anywhere on the property. This property is not a good fit for smokers because if there is an odor of smoke of any kind left in the unit, you will be charged an additional $500 remediation fee.
2. Quiet hours are 9pm-7am; but please be respectful of all guests at all hours as some guests work nights and sleep during the day. Be mindful of TV noise, foot traffic, closing doors, and voices.
3. Pets must be accounted for and leashed on property and hallways at all times. We are a pet friendly facility. We charge a monthly pet fee of $100/month per pet.
4. Early or late check-out fees apply and are not guaranteed. Please speak with host directly to coordinate and get pricing.
5. It is the responsibility of the guest to take trash to designated trash can and have it out by the curb on trash collection day (Thursday mornings), or the evening prior. Recycling (green can) is collected every other week.
6. Laundry is in basement and is not an additional charge, we just ask that guests be mindful of usage and limit loads to 2-3 per week.
7. Parking: there is ample street parking directly in front of and across the street from the building. Parking in front of the garage in the back should only be used when confirmed with the host.
