About this place

Est. in 2024, we purchased a new condo to share with travelers year round. Living full time in NYC, we fell in love with PG & hope you do too!

Check In Time: 4pm EST
Check Out Time: 10am EST on the 29th, 30th or 31st of the month (we need time to clean)

Getting To Know Our Home:
Gate Entrance: Either give your name at the front gate or scan the QR code sent to via text message.

Kitchen: Fully stocked from dishware to cookware. Coffee is a must in the AM for us, enjoy the coffee or team to get your morning moving! We ask that you please be mindful with crumbs & food on the counters, ants are not our friends There is a Publix super market right up the street as well, everything from food to beer & wine. Note, the alcohol is sold in the storefront next store.
*Counter tops are NOT granite, please do not place hot pans on the surface as it will burn.

Living Room: Smart TV is on the Wi-Fi network, log into your streaming services and pick up where you left off at home. For a screen free night, enjoy any of the board/card games for some quality family time under the TV in the cabinet.
*NETFLIX SUBSCRIPTION & BASIC CABLE IS INCULDED VIA THE SMART TV

Bedrooms: Master has a king-sized bed; second bedroom has two twin beds and a desk for remote work. We did include an external monitor & HDMI cable to hook up a laptop.

Bathrooms: Bar soap, shampoo & conditioner, one blow dryer is included.
Pool Towels: We also have beach/pool towels in the master small closet, and the beach bags in the laundry room off the main hallway.

Laundry Room: Beach bag, iron, ironing board, two wall mounted drying racks, detergent, dryer sheets, various cleaning items, and Publix shopping bags are all there for your convenience

Lanai: Light and fan switch is in the living room

Fans: I always leave the fans on medium to low to help keep the Florida humidity down. Please make yourself comfortable during your stay, but turn on when you leave if off.

Garbage: Garbage is to be placed in the dumpster closest to the building.

Parking: Assigned parking is available to you under the car port on the right hand side of the building. You or guests can also park anywhere there is no address mark on the curbing.
