Your stay includes complimentary access to Smith Creek Reserve’s nearby resort amenities, including heated outdoor pools and a lazy river, splash pads and family friendly water features, pickleball courts, mini golf, and seasonal outdoor movie nights.

Guest Access & Privacy

The entire cabin and its amenities are exclusively yours during your stay, with a private entrance and seamless self check in. We respect your privacy and will not be present during your stay, but we are always happy to help through the Airbnb messaging platform should you need anything.

Traveling With Dogs

Dogs are welcome with prior approval and an applicable pet fee. To help us keep The Southern Belle beautiful for every guest, we ask that pets remain off furniture, be crated when left unattended, and be supervised outdoors. No cats or other animals are permitted.

💦 Guests of The Southern Belle have access to the luxury waterpark resort, Smith Creek Reserve ... a fun, family friendly space that adds even more to your stay.

The resort features a pool for cooling off on warm days, along with mini golf (putt putt), pickleball courts, and an outdoor movie theater, perfect for relaxing evenings under the stars. It is a great spot for both kids and adults to unwind, play, and enjoy time together.

🚶The resort is within walking distance from the property, however due to the hill, we recommend driving, especially with little ones.

Construction Notice: The Smith Creek Reserve community is a growing resort and is currently under development. You may experience some construction noise and see vehicles during your visit. Our homes are well insulated to minimize disturbances, but this is outside of our control. Prices have been discounted to reflect this, and refunds will not be provided due to construction.

Amenity Disclaimer: We work hard to ensure all amenities are in perfect working order. However, occasional issues can occur. Please understand that refunds are not available for non working amenities, but our team is committed to resolving any problems as quickly as possible.

Resort Amenities: Please note that resort amenity schedules vary by season. Water features are weather dependent, and hours may change due to maintenance or events. Pickleball and mini golf are typically available year round.

What We Provide: Your stay includes a starter pack of essentials including a sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, travel size toiletries, along with linens, towels, sheets, quilts, and extra blankets.

Family Friendly Items: The cabin is equipped with a high chair, Pack & Play, children’s dinnerware, and baby gates at the top of both staircases.

Privacy: The cabin includes an Amazon Echo Show with a digital welcome guide. The camera feature on this device is disabled for your privacy.

For guest safety and property protection, there is one exterior security camera located at the front entrance of the cabin. There are no cameras inside the home or in private outdoor areas.

Holiday Decor: The cabin is beautifully decorated for Christmas from December 1st through December 31st.
