We live on the same property in our separate home and deeply value your privacy. You'll have full, uninterrupted use of the guest house. That said, we do expect quiet, respectful behavior at all times to preserve the peaceful residential vibe for everyone (including neighbors). Loud parties, excessive noise, or disruptive gatherings simply aren't a fit here—and we appreciate guests who cherish this tranquil setting as much as we do. If you need anything, we're happily nearby but won't intrude.

Inside the Home:

Step into an open-concept living space filled with natural light, modern finishes, and comfortable furnishings designed for relaxation. The full kitchen is well-equipped for home-cooked meals (think post-hike feasts or cozy nights in). Two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms offer plenty of room to spread out. A washer and dryer make long stays effortless, while thoughtful touches throughout create that "home away from home" feel. High-speed WiFi and smart features keep you connected when you want to be.

No smoking, vaping, or drugs of any kind. The forest is so dry and wildfires start easily.

Quiet and respectful behavior required at all times (this is a peaceful residential neighborhood with owners on-site)

No parties, events, or gatherings

Strict quiet hours enforced

4WD or high-clearance vehicle strongly recommended in winter

No ATV/motocross riding on the property or in the neighborhood. It is approximately ~1 mile to the trails
