This unit is great for smaller families or couples looking to escape the city for a midweek stay. Step into this relaxing mountain guest suite with subtle touches of the outdoors. A covered hot tub, natural gas firepit, an open concept living area with a game room (pool table / ping pong, arcade)

Guests will have access to only the bottom floor guest suite with the exception of 2 locked owner's closets and the garage. You ARE NOT renting the entire house. However, during your stay you will be the only guests on the property (you are not sharing any part of the property).

Relax and warm up beside a wood burning fireplace, relax and enjoy the mountain air from the large covered patio. Chill on the soft couch with chaise lounge, perfect for a nap! Watch a movie on the Smart TV (Chromecast or AirPlay from your accounts on Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Amazon Prime, YouTube and much more).

𝗪𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝗻𝗽𝗹𝘂𝗴 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆? Head to outdoors for a game of bean bag or a life size game of Jenga. You can also have fun indoors and enjoy a game of pool, ping pong, magnetic darts, pac-man arcade, board games, puzzles or play a round of cards.

A fully equipped spacious kitchen with ample counter space providing all the amenities of home! Stainless steel appliances, cooking pots and utensils, toaster, microwave, blender, a tea kettle and toaster oven.

The cabinets are stocked with plates, bowls, tumblers, coffee cups, and wine glasses.

The private guest suite has everything one would need with it's own living area, kitchenette, Bedroom with King bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. There is a luxurious full sized bathroom with a stunning floor to ceiling tiled shower.

A confirmation to your acknowledgement of the rules via an e-signed guest agreement, a copy of a government-issued photo ID and a security deposit pre-authorization are required within 24 hours or when booking a last minute same day reservation the above is required within 1 hour.

Please plan accordingly, 2 cars are permitted to be parked in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted.

𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗗𝗢𝗢𝗥 𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗦
Please note...there are cameras located at the driveway and entrances of the property. These are solely on the exterior of the property. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other property policies. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in the immediate removal of guest(s) and forfeiture of all amounts paid.

𝗦𝗡𝗢𝗪 𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗢𝗩𝗔𝗟
Snow removal services are supposed to arrive within 24 hours of any snowfall more than 4+ inches, to clear the driveway and a pathway to the main entrance. Snow removal companies cannot guarantee a specific time the property will be serviced. Therefore, guests may have to shovel a spot to park if they arrive before the snow removal company or if it snows during their stay. There have been times in larger storms (2ft+ of snowfall) when snow removal can take longer. It doesn’t happen often, and our other guests have always been able to make it work. Just know that in those cases we are doing everything we can to get someone out there.

𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗠𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗡 𝗪𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥
Please be aware that weather conditions can change rapidly especially during winter months. We are unable to honor last-minute cancellations due to weather/road conditions. Chains or 4WD/AWD vehicle requirements are often in effect in order to enter Big Bear Valley. Guests booking a stay in the winter should be prepared for the possibility of tire chains being necessary to travel to Big Bear. This requirement is enforced by city officials and law enforcement. We recommend arriving before dark; guests arriving late during the winter months may encounter icy roads and long delays.

The neighborhood is serene, beautiful, surrounded with plenty of big trees, and a market is less than a quarter mile away.

Only 10-15 min to ski slopes, restaurants, village and lake. Easy access to Hwy 38 and Hwy 18 and the free Mountain Transit pick up is at the end of the street.

Bear Valley offers many effortless transportation options for guests and residents connecting all of their mountain communities! Local transportation options include: Uber and Lyft, Big Bear Taxi and Mountain Transit.

Mountain Transit operates Weekend Trolley service providing transportation between local restaurants, hotels, ski resorts, and shopping venues throughout the City of Big Bear Lake.

Mountain Transit provides Fixed Route, Off-the-Mountain (OTM), and Dial-a-Ride service throughout the rural San Bernardino Mountain communities of Big Bear Valley, Crestline, Lake Arrowhead, Running Springs and Route 5 OTM even connects our mountain communities to the Inland Empire.

If you are looking to go up the mountain or down the mountain catch Route 5 Off the Mountain (OTM). Route 5 OTM connects Big Bear to Running Springs and San Bernardino making connections with Omnitrans, Metrolink, Greyhound, and other various stops.
