Guest will have access to the entire house for their stay. This is not a shared space.

Check in at the Regal Palms front desk when you arrive. You'll get your wristbands there (up to 10, one per registered guest; they're required for the pools and waterpark). After that, smart-lock self check-in at the home is easy.

Parking: the driveway fits 2 cars. Extra parking is available near the clubhouse for a daily resort fee.

A mandatory resort fee of $22.50 per night is paid to the Regal Palms front desk at check-in.

We're here whenever you need us! Message us any time through the Airbnb app. You will also have an emergency contact should you need it, in a welcome book when you arrive.

We will send check-in details before you arrive and are happy to share our favourite park tips, restaurants and grocery delivery options.

• Check-in at the Regal Palms front desk is required before going to the home.

• Regal Palms charges a mandatory resort fee of $22.50 per night, paid at the front desk at check-in.

• Early check-in / late checkout: request by 10 AM the day before (fees may apply).

• Only registered guests may stay overnight. Please message us to add anyone.

• Parking is limited to 2 cars in the driveway (no street or grass parking).

• No EV charging at the resort.

• Starter supplies are provided (toiletries, paper goods, detergent, coffee, tea, and basics). Longer stays may need to restock.

• Please use resort towels at the pool; house towels stay in the home.

• Keep windows and doors closed so the A/C runs properly in Florida humidity.

• Grilling at the townhome isn't permitted. Use the resort grills.

• Exterior security cameras are installed for your safety.

• Mid-stay cleaning is available on request for a fee.

• No smoking ($500 fee), parties, fireworks, or weapons.

• No pets; service animals are welcome.

Grills can be found around the community in shared spaces. Guests must supply their own grilling needs.
